This limited pressing of 400 black and 100 red copies will feature the original cover art and the exclusive bonus track “Rocket Heart’s On Fire,” an unreleased song recorded at the same time as the album. Regardless of whether it was the wrong single at the wrong time or an apathetic major label with a crowded roster and little foresight, UFB made its name through constant touring and the three full-length albums the band put out between 1997 and 2002. Band members Bill McShane, Nick Colby, and Eric Melin reunited for a handful of shows in the Midwest and opened for Motion City Soundtrack during a special three-show Chicago stint last year. Three months ago, Ultimate Fakebook released its first album since 2003, a digital download comprising of 17 unreleased tracks available exclusively on the band's website (UFBrocks.com) for free. Rocket Heart Records is a small vinyl-only label based in Kansas. In April, Rocket Heart released the LP Out of Earshot by The Dead Girls (featuring UFB members Colby and Melin).
